Modular Production Lines

What is probably most unique about ASI is our ability to adjust and modify to any given situation. Because of our flexibility, we rely on more man-power than automation. For example, on most jobs we do, we have a person that puts the cap on by hand, as opposed to an automatic capper applying the cap. We then have a torqueing machine that applies the proper torque to the bottle.

Enhancing our flexibility is the modular approach we take to our production lines. Most all of our equipment is easily moved into production. This allows us to quickly transition from one job to another by swapping out just the equipment that's needed.

Tracking and Shipping

ASI also can assist with some of your shipping and tracking needs. ASI can ship to your company, or related distribution center. Drop shipping to the client and also keeping inventory at our facility is available.

Of course there is more to your products then just filling containers, we can also work with component inventory tracking, yield reports, batch and lot specific coding and even traceability to certificates of analysis.
